Let's explore the (really) picturesque side of Paris away from the main touristic sites! This tour is a journey through a more authentic Paris, offering varied atmospheres from the real-life feel of Belleville district, to the quaint Mouzaïa village and local favorite "Bassin de la Villette" where we sip coffee/ a drink while people-watching the local crowds, so parisien!! Thinner crowds, some real parisiens, stunning views over the city from Belleville park and Buttes Chaumont Park and some trendy local cafes and boulangeries are the many highlights of this stroll. As the tour involves a fair amount of walking and steep slopes, a typically Parisian snack is included! This tour will make you feel like a Parisian taking a Sunday walk with a friend. A great opportunity to discover Paris off the beaten path.
Your Paris tour itinerary
We will start at your hotel and take the metro or bus to reach the district of Belleville. The metro ride takes around 30 minutes. A great opportunity to get to know each other, answer your many questions and help you plan the rest of your trip. Then let's make our way up to the top of Belleville park, through Belleville less traveled streets and on to the spectacular Buttes Chaumont garden before entering the village like Mouzaïa district. After a (well-deserved) walk downhill, we will conclude our tour near the canal where Parisians like to enjoy a drink and a chat near the water.
