Alain is a top notch guide and my group would highly recommend him. His vast knowledge of art and history and his sense of humor enhanced our trip to the Louvre so that we saw some of our favorite works of art in a very different light. Constantly stopping us to point things out, sometimes artwork and sometimes parts of the building itself, made the Louvre feel much more accessible than in the past. The sheer size of the institution was brought to scale when details we would have passed by were examined.
