After practicing law for more then 10 years I decided to change my life and I followed a degree in my real passion : the Art history. Having passed through a big challenge - state exams - I became a professional licensed tour guide. I am passionate about the art history, particularly the decorative art, art of a table and history of french gastronomy. I am working in the most famous sights in Paris and its area: museums, palaces, antic markets etc. I am always searching for interesting facts about the places I work in and mastermiding new tours. In case you do not see in the list of my tours something you would like to do in Paris just let me know and I will customize any tour according to your needs. My work is not only about telling stories and showing people what they see in museums, but it is also about sharing our impressions and experience. Every day I meet people from all over the world and discover something new. Being a mother of 2 little kids I know how it is to travel with children. So if you come to Paris with kids I will adapt our visit in order to make it entertaining for the whole family. What I like the most being a guide is that within just one day I can visit many places and travel through many centuries. I can compare it to traveling on a time machine. If one day it is invented I would like to work as a guide there :) My pleasure is to engage people to a fascinating journey through time, events and beautiful sights that France can propose to its guests. . . . I am a certified guide with a licence which allows me to work in all french museums. I also have a master degree in law from a french University of Cergy-Pontoise with a specialisation in commersial and taxation law. I have not finished master degree in art history (master 1 Art historian faculty University Paris X Nanterre) . I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

"Fleas" included" - this is what rag-and-bone merchants in XIX th century used to say there proposing old clothes to visitors. Nowdays at the "Puces" you can find everything - from knights' armor to the paintings from famous artists and designers' furniture. It is not only touristic sight, a lot of Parisians and even celebtities come here for a stroll. The area of 7 hectars unites 15 markets. Each of them has its charm, attractions and specialties. One will please you with beatiful ancient french furniture, another one - with vintage jewellery and fashion, a third one - with exquisite porcelaine and rare silverwhere. We will travel through centuries and epoques. I will tell you about european styles (baroque, rococo, empire), techniques and french traditional know - hows. I will introduce you to some legendary sellers and tell you legends of the "Puces". I will also bring you to some parts of the market hidden from the rest of visitors, where we might find some very rare and exclusive objects.
I will meet you next to the building "Office de tourisme Saint-Ouen" on the main street rue des Rosiers. We will strart our stroll with the market Biron, then we will go to the next one - Paul-Bert and Serpette. Walking through tiny streets full of antick dealers shops and wherehouses we will reach the market Vernison - the oldest on the "Puces". If we have time we will also walk through boutiques on the market "Jules Vallès". We will finish out tour on the main street where it is easy to find a taxi or to get to the nearest metro station "Porte de Clignancourt" (line 4). Please feel free to contact me if you have some, particular demands or ideas what you would like to see or what you expect from the market and I will customize the tour accordingly.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
