Half Day Main Highlights with an Art Historian

Paris can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors. It is so big, with so much to see and do, that it can seem impossible to know where to begin. We had six days planned in Paris and wanted a great introduction to the city. Dasha's “Half Day Main Highlights of Paris” tour was PERFECT. Dasha is an amazing guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Paris. We covered an incredible amount of ground and saw so many wonderful sights, while she gave us the ideal overview of the city, its neighborhoods, and its history. What made the tour especially enjoyable was that despite everything we saw, it always felt like we were simply strolling through Paris with someone who knew and loved the city. It never felt like a “tour.” We could not have asked for a better first day in Paris. Dasha gave us the knowledge, orientation, and confidence to explore on our own and enjoy everything Paris had to offer during the rest of our week. If this is your first visit to Paris, I can't imagine a better way to begin!

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WE LOVED DASHA Dasha is incredibly knowledgeable about Paris and so easy to interact with. She is such a delight and it was so much fun being with her for the five hours that we did not want it to end. She is so funny, great sense of humor, beautiful smile, and a wonderful laugh. We absolutely loved our time with her and it was an honor to get to know her and spend time with her

Dasha was an excellent guide on our recent trip to Paris. We had planned only two days in the city on the way to a tour of Germany. We ended up being delayed and only having one day in Paris. Dasha was beyond helpful in allowing a later start so we could actually take the tour when we arrived. We saw amazing sights and felt very welcome. We credit her with feeling comfortable in the city and being able to navigate a great little cafe and shop for some quick bites to eat. There were so many highlights, but we still remember rounding the corner to see the magnificent Eiffel Tower. We also really enjoyed our trip on the many escalators at the Galeries Lafayette to reach the top and enjoy the incredible view of the city (and the lovely Christmas decorations). Thank you Dasha!

Dasha was very friendly and open with us. She shared a lot of great information with us. We enjoyed getting know her and spending this time together.
