Why everybody wants to visit Versailles Palace? Chateau de Versailles is one of the most beautiful palace in the world, a model for many European palaces. Built in the 17th century by the famous Sun King, Louis the XIV, the construction work had lasted for 50 years. It is an illustration of the absolute monarchy of Louis the XIV. You will be fascinated by the magnificent palace and its huge garden. In this tour, we explore also the life of the Sun King and I would certainly tell you more stories of the individual royals. . . Prebooking service. The entrance time will be pre-purchased by me. Kindly ask me to check the availability of the entrance time before booking. Entrance tickets price of 35€ per person is not included. It need to be paid separately. I will communicate with you how to pay it after your tour confirmation. We had Celia for a second tour at Versailles, and once again, she did not disappoint! Every room she knew so many stories and she really engaged with my teenage daughter who is interested in Greek/Roman mythology. Between the two tours we did with her, we essentially spent the entire day together and we had a great time. Would love to go back and do another Louvre tour with her!
Your Paris tour itinerary
Meeting together in your hotel in Paris. We can take a Uber, taxi or train to Versailles. Price is about 50€ for taxi. Train ride to Versailles is around 70 minutes. Taxi is about 45 minutes. Skip-the-line entrance. Visit the Grand apartment, Private apartment of Louis XIV, Hall of Mirrors, Queens apartment. Visit the garden . Head back to Paris together or you can stay in Versailles to enjoy the garden. *The order of the visit may be adjusted according to the booked visit time, the weather condition and on-site situation, etc. Please note that the 4.5 hours include the travel time. Chateau de Versailles is closed on Mondays. If you want to customize the tour, please feel free to contact me. Entrance tickets price of 35€ per person is not included. It need to be paid separately.
