Bonjour! I’m Anna — a Paris-based guide, a multilingual mom, and a certified history addict with a soft spot for love stories, crime tales, and croissants (not always in that order). Educated across Europe and the U.S.A., I’ve collected diplomas, languages, and international experience. After a decade in Paris, I’ve learned its moods, myths, secrets, and hidden gems. Now I share them with curious travelers who want more than “Instagram Paris.” Whether we’re wandering through the Marais chasing medieval knights, strolling bohemian Montmartre in the steps of artists, or discussing which pastry truly rules Paris (spoiler: still pain au chocolat), my tours are designed to be fun, engaging, and full of stories. AND FOR KIDS ALSO:) If history isn’t normally your thing — don’t worry. I’m a mom and a teacher, my tours are flexible, customized, and paced to match your interests, whether you’re a family, a couple, a solo traveler, or a group of friends. Let’s turn your Paris trip into a story worth telling — one you’ll remember long after you’ve returned home.

If you want to discover something beyond the usual Paris attractions, this tour is for you. I invite you to explore Chartres, a lesser-known but extraordinary gem of France. Its cathedral, Notre-Dame de Chartres, is one of the greatest Gothic masterpieces, and its stained glass is considered a true medieval miracle. We pick you up from your hotel in a comfortable car and drive through the peaceful French countryside. In Chartres, we visit the cathedral, stroll through the charming old town, and enjoy lunch in a local restaurant. You can also join the official visit of the 1,000-year-old crypt (in French), while I guide you through every detail in English. The day continues with a visit to Maison Picassiette, a unique mosaic house created by a visionary local artist. After this rich and beautiful experience, we drive you safely back to your hotel in Paris. This tour reveals a side of France most travelers never see.
Itinerary: You will travel from Paris to Chartres for a guided visit of its stunning Gothic cathedral, stroll through the charming old town, and enjoy a relaxing lunch. You’ll then discover a local chapel and, when possible, explore the ancient crypt. The tour continues with a visit to the remarkable Maison Picassiette — a unique mosaic house unlike anything else in France. After this enriching experience, you’ll return comfortably to your hotel in Paris. IMPORTANT : Please note that Maison Picassiette is open only from Wednesday to Sunday during the winter season. If a visit is not possible on your chosen date, we will replace it with a champagne tasting experience. This option can also be added to any regular tour upon request. For details, feel free to send me a message.
