A Full day in Paris

Our time with Sylvia in Paris was absolutely extraordinary. Spending two full eight hour days with her became the highlight of our entire trip. She brought Paris to life in a way we never expected — guiding us through the iconic landmarks with incredible insight, then taking us into the authentic neighborhoods where real Parisians live, shop, and relax. Those local experiences gave us a genuine feel for the city that no group tour could match. What made our time with Sylvia truly special was her warmth and the personal connection she created. It felt as though we were exploring Paris with a close friend rather than a guide. She was engaging, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our experience meaningful. We easily could have spent several more days with her simply because we enjoyed her company so much. Not only did Sylvia meet us right at our longship on the Seine, but she also went out of her way to ensure we returned safely and exactly at the time we requested. That level of care and attention made everything seamless. While Viking’s excursions are generally excellent, our private time with Sylvia surpassed all of them combined. Her passion, personality, and ability to tailor the experience made it unforgettable. We left Paris with a deeper appreciation and understanding than we ever could have gained on any group tour. Sylvia is an exceptional guide — and an even more exceptional person. We recommend her with absolute enthusiasm.

Silvia definitely showed us all of the sites of Paris in one day. She was so knowledgeable and really worked with us to create the perfect all day excursion. Plus, she was so nice and alot of fun! Highly recommend!!

Best tour ever! We just finished the 8-hour walking tour and we are still buzzing from how much we loved it. The time flew by, entirely thanks to our incredible guide, Silvia who went above and beyond to make the day special. She was deeply knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to the whole group. Sylvia was FANTASTIC!!!!! From the moment we booked she kept in constant communication with us and offered suggestions of things to see. Having only one day in Paris Sylvia made the most of it. We saw every sight we wanted to see, and she made traveling around the city seem effortless. Her knowledge and love of her city was evident from the moment she met us at the train station. We will defiantly book another when we visit Paris again
