Albert’s Battle of the Bulge tour is an unforgettable, deeply moving experience for this family of 4 who have a familial connection to the Battle of the Bulge. Through mastery of the history, terrain, and stories Albert brought the battle and the surrounding areas to life in a way books or even movies never could. Standing in the Ardennes, in foxholes and forests where American soldiers fought through brutal winter conditions, is powerful beyond words. Albert explains this site along with many others with clarity, passion, and profound respect, creating a sense of honor and connection to the men who served. Albert's storytelling, maps and knowledge make you feel the courage, sacrifice, and historical weight of every location we visited. This isn’t just a tour—it’s a meaningful journey through history guided by someone who truly cares about preserving its legacy. If you can, do this tour!

We had a great day with Albert visiting the Bastogne Barracks, war museums, American and German cemeteries and forest which were all related to Battle of the Bulge. Albert did a great job sharing his knowledge and insights which enriched our experience and understanding of WWWII. We are very grateful for the service and sacrifice by all the men and women for all of us to live in freedom and peace.

Albert picked us up early and we headed out to the area of the Battle of the Bulge (about a 2 hour drive). Began with the Bastogne Barracks, which contains an exhibition of American and German vehicles and artillery pieces that engaged in the Battle of the Bulge. Drove into Bastogne to see a couple of important local sites and then went out to the Bois Jacques woods and to Foy where the Easy Company fought the Germans. Fascinating to see these locations after watching the Band of Brothers series. Went on to visit a sobering German cemetery and then on to the Ardennes American cemetery for a closure to the day. An all-encompassing tour that is well worth the trip for anyone interested in seeing where the Battle of the Bulge took place. Could not have picked a better, more well informed, guide than Albert.
