Welcome to Austria, welcome to Vienna! My name is Elisabeth and I have been working as a tourist guide in Vienna and Lower Austria since 2007. Fine Arts, music and history have been my passion since young age and I love to share my knowledge with people from all over the world. Foreign languages are an essential part of my work and I enjoy using them in my tours. It's a great pleasure for me to show my guests the beauties and cultural treasures of Vienna and Lower Austria. For me guiding tourists is more than telling them history, it's telling them stories about history. I evolve my tours around funny anecdotes and the life of outstanding personalities and by doing so I try to breathe new life into the historical sites which we look at. Another important element of my tours is to interweave culture, history and culinary art. As a local I want to acquaint my clients with the Viennese lifestyle, the tradition of drinking coffee, cooking and the use of local food and as well as the joy of tasting outstanding wines.
