Full Day Vienna Tour with Schoenbrunn Palace Visit

Elena was fantastic. Our cruise ship was not able to dock in Vienna due to the low water. This required some last minute modifications. She was very helpful and very expert in accomplishing that. Ours was a complex tour. We had members of our group with mobility issues. She modified the walking tour and had a bus for the afternoon. She also helped arrange transfers. She made it a wonderful day!

My friend was not feeling well, so she helped us to find an apothecary ( drugvstore) with professional recommendations which was so helpful, thank you! Our tour with Elena on May 25 was fantastic! We did the walking tour combined with some driving, and this worked out very well for us. Elena is very passionate about her work and has a tremendous knowledge base. We learned so much about the culture and history of Vienna and Austria as we explored the city with Elena. She is a delightful person, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. We would highly recommend a tour with Elena when visiting Vienna!

Elena did a great job introducing our group of six to Vienna. We were a few days into our Viking river cruise and spent two days in Vienna. We had a few Viking excursions planned but also wanted a presentation with a more personal touch so we booked a full day Vienna tour. First off, we went to the modern side of the city on the other side of the river, then we went to some of the same locations that the other tour went to but different stops like the Lipizzaner stable and Elena had much more information to share and that made our time there more enjoyable. We drove around the city, got out at some locations for a more in depth explanation and went for a quick lunch stop. We finished our day with an in depth tour of the Schoenbrunn Palace then returned to the boat.

Elena was terrific. She was right on time and kept to a comfortable yet packed schedule. We covered many of the major attractions in the town center and each place was a puzzle piece in the history of this wonderful place. The walk was great, we had time for snacks and the very comfortable driving part of the tour took us to see more of the Danube and modern Vienna. The tour of Schönbrunn Palace was fantastic. She could tell you so much about the life, history and culture of the times. She is very knowledgeable and full of interesting and fun stories. She is easy to be with. We highly recommend Elena.

Her enthusiasm for Vienna was evident and she kept us moving to see as much as possible. She knew her way around so well and also knew the history and features of the city.
