Welcome to Austria, welcome to Vienna! My name is Elisabeth and I have been working as a tourist guide in Vienna and Lower Austria since 2007. Fine Arts, music and history have been my passion since young age and I love to share my knowledge with people from all over the world. Foreign languages are an essential part of my work and I enjoy using them in my tours. It's a great pleasure for me to show my guests the beauties and cultural treasures of Vienna and Lower Austria. For me guiding tourists is more than telling them history, it's telling them stories about history. I evolve my tours around funny anecdotes and the life of outstanding personalities and by doing so I try to breathe new life into the historical sites which we look at. Another important element of my tours is to interweave culture, history and culinary art. As a local I want to acquaint my clients with the Viennese lifestyle, the tradition of drinking coffee, cooking and the use of local food and as well as the joy of tasting outstanding wines. My tours are personal and individual and can be customized according to your wishes! Come along and discover the Viennese way of life with me! Overview of your Vienna tour
It will be my pleasure to show you various sides of our beautiful town, telling you stories from the time of the Monarchy and the Habsburg dynasty as well as current gossip. We will walk along the traces of famous composers like W. A. Mozart, Joseph Haydn and Ludwig van Beethoven and see the street performers of the time, and much more. . . Vienna offers a lot to those visiting this beautiful city, and together with an experienced, licensed tourist guide you will see more of it in less time. Elisabeth was an excellent tour guide. We learned a lot and she made sure to show us the things we were interested in. She met us promptly at our inner city rented apartment and the tour was at a leisure pace for the 6 of us. Not too slow and not rushed. She was kind enough to make us a dinner reservation for after the tour and even walked us to the restaurant. I highly recommend Elisabeth.

Beginning at Vienna's Opera House we walk along the former Habsburg residence "Hofburg Palace", get a splendid view to Ringroad, then stroll via elegant shopping streets to St. Stephan's Cathedral.
