Like many before me, I am an adopted Viennese, drawn to this city by its artistic brilliance and historical grandeur. As an art historian, Vienna felt like a natural calling—a place where history and creativity converge. But beyond its cultural allure, what truly captivated me was Vienna’s cosmopolitan spirit and its citizens’ dedication to a balanced, high-quality lifestyle. I was born in Oslo in 1988 and raised in some of Norway’s most international communities, immersed in Norwegian, French, English, and Polish. After completing my degree in Art History, I embarked on a journey to explore the world beyond Norway, seeking inspiration and experiences across continents. Over the past decade, I’ve worked as a professional storyteller, sharing history, art, and culture in major cities across Europe, the U.S., and Canada. Since 2017, Vienna has been my home and base of operations. Here, I guide and organize tours, offering visitors an authentic glimpse into the region’s rich history and vibrant culture. As of 2025, I am also the founder and creator of a family-run creative salon, studio and gallery for art, photo and podcasts called Kepinski Studio. So when I am not sharing Vienna’s stories on the streets, I pursue my passion for oil painting, building a community for creatives at the studio, create travel content, and then sometimes leaving the city to explore Austria’s breathtaking landscapes on long, challenging hikes. I share my happiness here with my two lively and inspiring beautiful caiques parrots, Napoleon and Sisi. With a worldly perspective and a passion for teaching through humour and storytelling, I strive to craft tour experiences that bring history, art, and culture to life—leaving a lasting impression on all who join me.

Join me on a fun and entertaining tour across Vienna's old town's palaces, churches, squares and streets. We will experience a complete and immersive history of Vienna, the former imperial capital of the Habsburg monarchy. See the impressive monuments to the past and be amazed by the architecture, its symbolism and the layers of forgotten stories. Meet the Habsburgs. You will hear how they tried to conquer the world, not by fighting it, but by marrying it. How this was a good plan until they married cousins one too many times and it becomes the new family tradition. Yet they persevered across the centuries and what was their capital Vienna stands today as a big monument to their legacy. The stories from this great family are true epics and most entertaining. I will share with you my passion for this city's history. It is the same passion that became my calling to move to Vienna years ago. I came for the big history, but I stayed for the quality of life. Vienna is incredible.
The tour starts either at your hotel, should it be in the old town, or in front of St. Stephen's cathedral at the very heart of Vienna. The walking tour covers the most famous, as well as the less famous, sights and monuments in Vienna's UNESCO old town. We see among others the: - St Stephen's Cathedral - The old University quarter with its narrow passages and streets, and its unforgettable baroque Jesuit church - Mozart's house - Kärtnerstrasse Street - Graben Street with the Plague Column - Kohlmarkt and Demel -The Hofburg Palace complex with: - Heroes, square - Spanish Riding School - Maria Theresien Platz - The City Hall - Parliament - Academy of Arts - The State Opera and more. . . The tour ends at the State Opera, or at request, on the impressive Ringstrasse Boulevard, a showcase of monumental architecture. Halfway through our tour, I offer a small break for coffee/ tea and cake, or coffee to-go from one at one of my favorite Viennese Coffee Houses. This is an option and not a tour feature.
