Hi! My name is Rich. Thank you for considering me as your professional tour guide while visiting Hawai'i. I have worked in the hotel industry as well as the retail industry for several years while living in Hawai'i. I have always been in the service industry and my heart is always in pleasing people. My passion is providing excellent customer service and sharing my Aloha. Being raised in Hawai'I, my outdoor hobbies include surfing, golfing and fishing. As a result, I have a great love for our "aina" ('land' in Hawaiian) and a special love of my island and its people. As a tour guide, I enjoy sharing our history and the local lifestyle. Pearl Harbor is one of my favorite tours, along with my Circle Island Tour where I enjoy showing you all our beautiful landmarks, especially Waikiki's iconic landmark, Diamond Head. Our breath-taking Halona Blow Hole, next to the famous "From Here to Eternity Beach" and the Makapu'u Scenic Point along our East Coast are also amazing! And of course, our famous North Shore.
