Rich did a fantastic job with this tour for my family of 9 (age 2 - age 91). He picked us up at the port after we disembarked from our cruise. He managed to fit all our bags (9 large suitcases, 9 carry-ons, carseat - used in van, and stroller) safely stowed. We first went to visit the grounds of Iolani Palace and surrounding area. He delivered us to Pearl Harbor and supplied the tickets for our visit. Rich shared his vast knowledge of Honolulu and Oahu. He wore a microphone headset which my mom (91) appreciated so she didn't miss any of the details. Because it was a private tour, I connected earlier to ensure that we could do a quick stop for lunch before he dropped us off at the airport to fly home. The whole tour went perfectly. Next time we return to Oahu, Rich will be on my contact list!
