Overview of your Honolulu tour
The USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor is one of the most historic places in the world. Starting at the Visitor's Center, dive into its history from the excellent displays and 23 minute documentary about a day "which will live in infamy". Focus on experiencing the revitilizing panoramic views of Honolulu, resting assured that I will have made reservations for your boat ride to the USS Arizona and will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, airport or cruise ship terminal. Further ahead in our tour, the pristine and unspoiled Southeast Coast takes us along the unspoiled "Ka Iwi Coast" with some of the most beautiful shores on Oahu. Exploring this area will take us to another one of Hawaii's most recognized landmarks, located in an area that was formed about 300, 000 years ago during a single, explosive eruption that sent ash and fine particles in the air! This will not be the only panoramic sight to see since we'll also cover a lookout point named after Tahitian god that lived in a nearby cave.
Your Honolulu tour itinerary
-The tour will start by picking you up from your lodging, either a hotel, a cruise ship or even from the airport. -What follows will be a drive towards Pearl Harbor, which will be accompanied by a pre-recorded lecture of a historian discussing the attack that took place there. -Arriving at Pearl Harbor, we'll first explore its popular Visitor's Center and enjoy its main 2 exhibits and documentary with live archival footage of the events. -Taking the Navy shuttle we'll then reach the USS Arizona Memorial. -After this, we'll continue towards the famous Diamond Head Lookout. -We'll also stop at Lanai Point. -We will reach the Haloha Blowhole and Halona Beach Cove along the tour as well. -We'll stop at the legendary Makapu'u lookout for beautiful panoramic views of Hawaii. -We'll enjoy passing by Waimanalo beaches. -We wouldn't leave the island without visiting Kailua Town. ·Before returning to our starting point, I'll share an island secret spot with you. -At last, we'll drive back to your lodging.
