Hello, My name is Necdet, I am a Private Guide that offers Private tours all over Istanbul and Turkey. I enjoy traveling and discovering new places. In particular, I have a special attention to the history of civilizations. So, I've traveled to many ancient cities in Turkey . I decided to study in guiding tour department. Because Turkey is one of the most historicial country in the world. We call this beautiful country, 'Cradle of Civilizations' I was graduated from the University of Balikesir in 2006 and finished my course of training in Antalya. I got my guiding licence from ministry of culture and tourism in 2008. Firstly I worked in southern coast of Turkey. Here, there are a lot of ancient cities and ruins like Side, Aspendos, Perge, Phalises. There are many natural beauties like high mountains , waterfalls , rivers and caves. I like this beautiful city Antalya. But my favorite is the historic city of Istanbul. That is why I moved to Istanbul. I have been guiding in Istanbul since 2008 it was the capital of two great civilizations. Eastern Roman(Byzantine) and Ottoman empires. You can see the deep traces of the two civilizations in istanbul city. I like to share my cultural and historicial informations with my guests. it is my favorite to discover hidden and old places and prepare some specific informations for my guests. I have guided more than thousand people. I know what people wants during their travel. so I attach importance to be on time in meeting point and make my tours more flexible than regular tours and choose the best and local foods and local bazaars. Another great time with our tour today with Necdet. The Topkapi Palace tour is very nice and again Necdet shared alot of history. We specially enjoyed our seafood lunch at Karakoy with different kinds of fresh fish. The only dissapointment is the Cicern show. We all did not enjoy the dance which pretty much is all turning around for 30 minutes...lol Not worth the e35!

Enjoyed our tour especially having an excellent tour guide. Necdet did an outstanding job with his vast knowledge and history of each site He is very accomodating with the group who are all seniors and are slow walkers. Highly recommend this tour with Necdet. Looking forward to our second day tour!

We highly recommend Necdat as a tour guide. We had a wonderful afternoon with him and he’s very accommodating to changes. We asked for a restaurant recommendation at the finish of our tour and he not only made a fantastic recommendation but he walked us there, introduced us to the owner and arranged to be sure we got back to our hotel. We couldn’t have had a better day.
