Bartolomeo was so helpful. We wanted to see a lot in just one day with a car and driver - the catacombs , a winery, Monreale, and the cave sanctuary of Saint Rosalia. He worked closely with me to make it happen. He is charming, responsive, and informative. He also navigates Palermo with practiced skill - no mean feat. My husband and I recommend him highly.

Bartolomeo contacted us several times to confirm the arrangements. He was punctual, very polite, and his Mercedes van very comfortable. He drove well. One problem is that he really couldn't carry on a conversation with those in the back, and two have hearing issues. I brought that to his attention and he tried to speak up....he may get a system to help. My expectation was...

Bartolomeo was fantastic very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great break for lunch at a local seafood restaurant which was delicious. We saw all the sites listed on the tour and he catered to any changes that I wanted to make. By the end of the day I felt I had been on a ride with a friend. Robert T.
