We highly recommend Georgia and appreciate his ability to adapt the tour for us when weather and traffic were difficult. I’m sure no other Palermo guide has a better knowledge of the history and sites of Palermo.

I deeply love my country and I have always tried to instill this love in my fellow travelers. When I am guiding, my first aim is to go beyond stereotypes regarding Sicily and try to explain how rich is the Sicilian Culture thanks to the many people that have passed through the centuries and left signs of their own societies. You can find those traces in our monumental heritage but also in our language, in our habits and finally in our cuisine. I have been working in tourism in Sicily for the last 18 years, as a Tour Escort first, then as an operator and finally as a guide. In the meanwhile, I obtained a degree in Cultural tourism at the University of Palermo, deepening history, art history, archaeology and Sicilian folklore. I have a deep knowledge of both main and less visited Sicilian sites as well as I am always open to find new hidden gems to propose to my clients. When I am not touring Sicily with travellers, I am doing that with my friends! Thanks to my fully licensed minivan I can take guests everywhere in Sicily, visiting beautiful cities or admiring natural beauties, both for one-day excursions and for multi-day tours. I really enjoy ancestral tours, if your roots are in Sicily I will help you in finding them! We can visit together your home towns and even look for family records at local offices, churches, cemeteries etc. Just decide where to go and relax, I will do the rest! Fully licensed tourist guide for the whole Sicily Fully licensed tour escort Fully licensed driver Fully licensed and insured vehicle auhorized to enter all the main restricted areas Degree in Cultural Tourism My minivan can fit up to 7 people comfortably. Please inquire about larger groups.

A look to the Arab Norman beauties of Palermo and Monreale recently included in the world's heritage list by UNESCO. After a panoramic drive around the ancient walls of Palermo, we will start our walking visit of the old city with the Capo historic market, the Cathedral, the Four Corners and Pretoria Fountain ending at Martorana Church. After a break for lunch, we will move to the next village of Monreale to admire the majestic medieval Cathedral and its precious cloister. I have been guiding this tour for 6 years now and, in a short time, this experience will let you have a general idea of the city of Palermo and surroundings!

Our family had a wonderful tour of Palermo and Monreale with our guide, Giorgio. He was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Giorgio was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. What really stood out were the stories he shared along the way—he brought the history and culture of the area to life! We hope to see more of Sicily with Giorgio when we return! Highly recommended!
Giorgio was wonderful. He communicated frequently when leading up to us booking the tour, allowed us to customize the itinerary, and gave us a magical tour answering all of our questions. Giorgio is very knowledgeable and also very personable. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our day have him guide us through Palermo. What a great experience! Would do it again.
Giorgio did a terrific job showing us Palermo and Monreale. Despite some rather formidable traffic, he got us to Monreale and explained the history and significance of the church. Back in Palermo he walked us through the market pointing out various specialties (including a 'spleen' sandwich). He was knowledgeable, accommodating and funny. His English was excellent. His tour was well priced and a great value; would highly recommend him.
Great day with Giorgio. Lots of fascinating stories. History accompanied by visiting most interesting places. Palermo in a nutshell.
We had a wonderful 1 and 1/2 days with Giorgio in Sicily. He was very interesting and had amazing knowledge of Sicily and its history. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone contemplating tours of Palermo and its surrounds. Well done Georgio!, we loved our time with you.
