I hold a degree in architecture from the University of Palermo. After my graduation, I moved to the United States where I attended a course in Interior Design at the New York School of Visual Arts. After many years in Boston and New York where I worked for several architectural firms, I have returned to Sicily, my native land, and now lead cultural tours in Palermo and beyond. My walks are infused with my interests in architecture and the history of arts. I am a licensed guide leading private tours for small groups willing to really understand the places they visit. I am very passionate about my island, I share my knowledge with travellers by arranging cultural tours with an emphasis on history, art, archaeology, architecture, gastronomy, nature, or a blend of the above. I have helped hundreds of travellers discover and understand the masterpieces left by nature and the different civilizations that have made Sicily their home during the last three millennia. My aim isn't to merely 'inform' travellers about social and historical facts, my tours are interactive and stimulating physically and mentally.
