I come from a very rich and traditional society, full of values, but also full of contradictions. This was the reason why, since young age I had the urge to look at life from different perspectives. Lately I found myself pondering a questions: what is it that makes cultures or communities thrive? But I first had to ask: What is culture? Is Sicily the right place were you can find an answer? Sicily with its very distinct almost tangible atmosphere, it can be sensual, fascinating and chaotic at the same time.
