Overview of your Palermo tour
Let's experience Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe and UNESCO's World Heritage Site! I have been running this tour for 10 years. I suppose that what most people like about it is that I customize the tour according to each travelers' interests and also the number of stories I can tell about this place! You will enjoy the different landscapes and colors of Sicily inland before we get to the highest point reachable by car or minivan, which is 2, 000 meters (6, 560 feet). It is like a village, with shops, bars and restaurants, where you can visit two craters! If the weather is good (unfortunately it's unpredictable, so let's cross our fingers!) I strongly suggest to get to the top: cable car first and then a special truck with enormous wheels! From 3, 000 meters (9, 840 feet) you will be amazed by the view of the beautiful south-eastern Sicilian coastline.
