Natalia was an outstanding tour guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. The communication with Natalia was excellent. She was so responsive. Natalia was also very flexible. Since we had to catch an earlier ferry we had to adjust the time of our tour and abbreviate it. She accommodated every change and packed in a great tour in much less time than...
