Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast: Private Archaeologist Tour with Luxury Transport and Tickets Included

Fabrizio was exceptional from start to finish! He expertly navigated the roads to Ravello, timing our visit perfectly to avoid the crowds and allowing us to truly enjoy this beautiful town. He then guided us along the breathtaking Amalfi Drive, sharing his knowledge and making the journey as memorable as the destinations. Our day continued with an incredible three hour tour of Pompeii, where Fabrizio brought the ancient city to life. We explored the Forum, Baths, public market, private homes, and the fascinating recent archaeological discoveries. His expertise, organization, and passion made the experience both effortless and incredibly informative. Fabrizio gave us a perfect combination of stunning scenery, history, and local insight—we couldn’t have asked for a better day!

Fabrizio was an incredible guide. Friendly, fun, knowledgeable, accommodating, punctual and willing to squeeze our desired check list into a one day visit. We went hard and fast! He always included us in the time factor and site decision making process. Loved the hidden gems he showed us in Sorrento including a church with a Nativity diorama, and a shop with some of Sorrento signature inlaid wood items. Fabrizio was always so upbeat even in our exhaustion and heat grumbles, he kept us grateful and smiling. He would drop us off and then go park so we didn't have to walk so far. He wowed us in Pompei....the place is HUGE and he knew the best time and places to visit. While other's were wandering with a map in their hands we were blazing to and from the best sites there. He even arranged for us to have (Water Buffalo) Cheese Pizza made famous near Pompei. We loved his airconditioned van and great driving skills. We start as clients and end as dear friends. He cared for us very well!

Fabrizio was an amazing tour guide! His pickup at the ship was prompt and the drive was spectacular! We went to Ravello and then on to Pompeii. Fabrizio was very knowledgeable about the history of Pompeii and just made the tour exciting and fun. Highly would recommend!

Excellent tour and highly recommended. Fabrizio is a fantastic guide and a pleasure to spend the day with. He is extremely knowledgeable and articulate in so many areas including history, architecture, fun facts and the local traditions, foods and restaurants. He is very flexible and will modify the tour based on your interests and weather. A wonderful experience all around.

Fabrizio was AMAZING! He was so informative, but also outstanding with the kids. We have three kids under 10. We were beyond thrilled by how he managed our time, while ensuring we learned a ton, and even had a fantastic lunch along the coast! We will all be talking about this day for many years to come! (My 5yo talks about Fabrizio all the time, in large part because I think he just likes saying his name :)

Fabrizio was the best tour guide EVER!! He tailored our Naples and Pompei tour to include a visit to my grandfather's hometown AND a special winery tour and tasting visit. And then, when our flight was diverted to Rome due to windy weather in Naples - he helped direct us through the train system efficiently to get us over to Naples in time to save our planned day!! He could not be any nicer or more helpful - and we wish we could have brought him all over Italy with us for the remaining 12 days of our vacation!!
