Pompeii and pizza of Naples private tour and transportation

My family did the Pompeii & pizza tour with Yana and it was exactly what we were looking for. Our group consisted of 3 adults, a 15-year-old and a 9-year-old. Yana met us right at the Salerno ferry stop, which made it easy for us coming from Amalfi. She was absolutely wonderful with my kids, and both my teenager and my 9-year-old had nothing but good things to say about her. The tour of Pompeii was just the right length to keep the kids engaged but also see the highlights of the site. Yana had a good method of moving through shady spots intermittently so we never felt like we were baking in the sun even though it was a hot day. Afterwards, she took us to a great pizza spot in the port of Naples where we could have lunch and take a leisurely stroll to see some of the beautiful sites in the city. I really didn't know much about Naples before arriving and was happy that we got to see some of the unexpected beauty of the city. Yana also took us to a gelato spot that was the best of our trip (Venice, Florence, the Amalfi Coast, & Rome). Seriously - it was hands-down the BEST we had throughout our entire journey! All in all, we were all very pleased with Yana's tour. It was the perfect length for kids, while still being very informative and engaging for the adults as well. Yana's personality and personal background made her an extremely pleasant and informative guide and she was an absolute pleasure to tour with.

Yana was AMAZING! She was a great tour guide. Very informative and made the tour fun. She always was great with my girls. We had three kids on our tour ages 7, 9, and 12. She was patient with them and made the tour enjoyable for them as well.

She was incredibly personable, fun, extremely knowledgeable and we very much enjoyed our time with her. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a guide in and around Naples or Pompeii.

There were 6 of us on this tour with Yana. We had a fabulous day! The driver picked us up and we met Yana at Pompeii first. She was a master at getting us in and around the crowds! Her knowledge of the area was first rate, and she had no problem answering our myriad of questions. We then headed on into Naples for lunch at a really great local restaurant for pizza - so so good! And then a walking tour of Naples capped off our day. It was a long day with a lot of walking, but we all truly enjoyed it and got so much great info and pictures! I would highly recommend this tour with Yana and Tours by Locals.

What a great day with Yana. We first did a tour of Pompeii, we were able to experience how Pompeii must have functioned when it was a thriving city. She also helped us understand the current ecological dangers to the area. We then explored Naples on a food tour. So many delicious foods to try! Highly recommended.
