Private tour: Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii

We really enjoyed our tour with pleasant and enthusaistic Natalia. Her spoken English is quite good. The itinerary called for time in Pompeii followed by Positano and Sorrento but, with today being a free day in Pompeii, Natalia had the foresight to reverse the itinerary. This turned out to work well as the traffic to Sorrento and Positano was not bad first thing in the morning, whereas returning at about one o'clock the inbound traffic to those towns was much more significant. Similarly, the afternoon crowds in Pompeii were manageable and (per the local guards) much better than during the morning crush. Natalia's thoughtful planning made our trip more enjoyable and allowed us to see more. Do consider how to balance time in the towns versus in Pompeii. You could spend an hour plus in shops in Sorrento but perhaps you do that on your own and spend time with the guide more effectively.

We had the best day with Natalia. She took great care of us and is very knowledgeable about the area and Pompeii. She was also very careful to make sure to get us back to our ship in time.

Natalia was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the Amalfi coast and Pompeii. She also was able to adjust the schedule when traffic became a problem. Would definitely hire her again.

Overall a very good tour, perfect if the long travel through the mountains could be avoided. Natalia is very professional in her tour and take very good care of the group. Her knowledge demonstrated in Pompeii is very good and know how to bring us through the site within the short time we have there. My group love her company and would recommend those who have similar destinations in mind to join her tour.

What an amazing Day :) Natalia was waiting as soon as we got off the ship to take us in a lovey air conditioned Mercedes' . If you wanted a question answering Natalia knew the answer. She was so knowledgable about the area and made what was an extremely hot day very enjoyable. My highlight was Sorrento… what a beautiful place. Pompeii was fascinating and worth every penny not to follow a huge group around but to have our own. Cannot recommend her highly enough along with her superb driver.
