The Best of the Amalfi coast with your Local Guide -Shore Excursion

Thank you Richard! Our tour (group of 8) with Richard was fantastic. He was very prompt in picking us up at the Naples cruise port and proved to be a very experienced and safe driver through some CRAZY traffic in the Amalfi countryside. It was an 8 hour tour, with stops along the way at some wonderful towns and viewing areas. He found us some wonderful frozen lemonade, arranged for an AMAZING private boat ride along the Amalfi coast, and found an absolutely STUNNING location for lunch overlooking the coast and sea. He's native to the area, knew everything there was to know (and more), and gave us a truly wonderful experience. He's a man that seems to love what he does, enjoys meeting people, has a very engaging personality, and was just a joy to spend the day with. I would HIGHLY recommend Richard for anyone wanting to tour the Naples, Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano, Pisa areas, and everything in between!

Richard is the best! He was most entertaining as he drove us all ove the Amalfi coast. We were a part of 8 and one of us was celebrating a birthday. Took us to a great restaurant in the busy town of Positano. We had a very full day and he g.ot us back to our ship on time. We all recommend Richard to show you a great time driving in an area only a local can do. When we return again one day of Richard is still guiding we will be sure to use him again

I booked this for a group of 8. Their trip started off rough, they did this for one of their excursions while docked in Naples! They absolutely loved it and probably was their favorite thing. Richard was very knowledgeable and made the experience great. The roads are small and curvy so two of the ladies got car sick, but he encouraged them to scratch some lemons and that would help. Boat ride was rough a little, but they loved being the only group on the private tour. Richard even took them to a restaurant they ate at for lunch and raved about how it was better than when they ate in Rome. The van was spacious and clean. I think the only recommendation was not being able to hear him sometimes when he talked because of where some were sitting. He was absolutely amazing at communicating with me before booking, during and leading up to the day before their excursion. I highly recommend.

Richard was the most perfect tour guide. He created a custom itinerary for us and made sure we had the most amazing day. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and made perfect suggestions for our group. I would not hesitate to have him be our tour guide again!

We loved Richard!! He was so nice to our family and so funny. We enjoyed everywhere he took us and we saw so many amazing cities and experiences. He was able to very easily pick us up from our port in Naples and I would highly recommend seeing all of the Amalfi coast with the Richard!

Richard was a pleasure to work with and a fantastic guide! Great communication during planning the trip and provided lots of interesting and very helpful commentary during the tour. It was a long tour, but we took lots of breaks, stopped for great pics and a nice lunch with a fantastic view! Richard suggested a boat tour from Amalfi harbor which gave us the chance to see the coast from a different vantage point...absolutely recommend if you have time! While we would have liked more time in each location, please remember that it is time consuming to go from town to town during the tourist season. The pro that he is, Richard navigated the chaos fantastically and kept us entertained and informed along the way. His suggestions at each stop helped us maximize our time and get a great feel for the towns. If you have one day to see the Amalfi coast, please consider Richard as your guide
