Amalfi Coast By Car Plus Boat, Unique Experience

Our private tour of the Amalfi Coast with Carmine was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. From beginning to end, Carmine was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and completely focused on making the day special for us. He even managed to keep our 18-year-old daughter fully engaged throughout the entire trip. Not an easy thing to do... His driving was excellent, and his careful planning and timing allowed us to enjoy Ravello, Amalfi, and Positano without ever feeling rushed. He personalized the entire experience around our interests, giving us plenty of time to explore, shop, take photographs, and enjoy the spectacular scenery. He took us to very special places that tourist do not normally get to visit. The boat ride from Amalfi was breathtaking, with unforgettable views of the coastline, fishing villages, historic towers, natural arches, and the Fjord of Furore. Carmine also gave us wonderful recommendations, including an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed traditional local food with an incredible view. The luxury Mercedes vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned with a great suspension system that made the many twists and turns of the coastal road much more pleasant. This is not a road a tourist should attempt to drive in a rental car. Carmine’s knowledge of the area, warm personality, and attention to every detail made the day effortless and memorable. We could not have asked for a better guide or a more enjoyable way to experience the Amalfi Coast. We had the best day with Carmine! Everything was perfect. Loved exploring the little villages and Amalfi. Such a perfect day from start to finish. Carmine was incredible. He picked us up on time and took us on a tour of the island that we would not have received otherwise. He catered to my teenage children, stopped for amazing photo opportunities, and shared great information along the way. He was not with us on the boat tour, which was not a private tour but a larger ferry-like boat through the Amalfi Coast. Other than that, he brought us to great local places, stopped for amazing food, and made the entire day fun. I would highly recommend him.

Carmine was fantastic! He was very pleasant and engaging. He is very knowledgeable about Naples and the surrounding areas. He had a plan scheduled to help us get the most out of our time visiting Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. We wish we had more time to spend exploring each of the areas. There were so many amazing views. We highly recommend Carmine and would use him again if we visit the area again.
