Overview of your Naples tour
Dear guests, are you sure that you have once visited archaeological sites? I think only after visiting the ancient roman city of Pompeii, buried under the layer of ash during the famous eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD, you can confidently say that you have seen ancient ruins. Only here you can immerse yourself in the Ancient Roman World. Thanks to my help, experience and knowledge, you'll realize how well preserved Pompeii is and how ingenious the ancient Romans were. I will tell you about the history and tragic death of the city, traditions and habits of its inhabitants, facts and anecdotes. We will walk along the ancient streets, we will explore the house of a wealthy citizen, a theatre, bakery, we will imagine ourselves as visitors of the Roman baths. We will visit the Forum and the markets of ancient Pompeii, and see the plaster casts of it's citizens. So that at the end of the experience you will say: Mammamia!!! After welcoming you in Naples we will head towards Pompeii. Along the way we will enjoy wonderful views of the Mt Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. My tour of Pompeii is flexible and designed according to the desires, needs and physical attitudes of guests. Our walking tour will be focused on the following places: Porta Marina, the Basilica, the Forum and the public buildings surrounding it like the Macellum (marketplace) and the Granaries, the Public Bath, a Pistrinum (bakery), a Thermopolium (wine-bar), a Private residence and the Small and Grand Theatre. If you have special requests don't hesitate to ask. At the end of the tour some time at leisure for a drink, gelato or some shopping. Soft drive back to your location in Naples.
