Ivana is such a resource. She is very knowledgeable about Florence, but is intuitive and picked up on our interests and guided us through Florence with an eye toward music, physics and paper making. Our tour guide Ivana was very impressive with her knowledge of Florence - art, culture, history, shopping, dining, architecture, back streets. We’ve been there before but she provided a more in-depth understanding of she gave us an excellent tour

Ivana provided the tour at a slow pace and provided many opportunities to discuss the history of Florence. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant! We had already seen quite a bit of the city so she adapted the tour to mostly things we would not have known or seen. She provided good suggestions for further exploration.
