Hi there! I'm Lior. I love to travel, learn new things, and meet new people. That's why I chose to become a tour guide in Israel and more specifically, in Jerusalem. I was born in the Galilee and lived in many places - the Galilee, the USA, and the southernmost city in Israel, Eilat. But since I came to Jerusalem in 2017, I just can't imagine living anywhere else. It has been love at first sight! The history, the people, the views! There's so much to do, see, and experience in Jerusalem. I hope to share this love with you during my tours. Before becoming a tour guide, I wrote for travel websites. I also hosted people on Couchsurfing, offered my guests travel tips, and showed them around my city. They asked me a lot of questions. I didn't have all the answers. That's when I realized that I don't know much about my country, and that's why I decided to join the tour guide course, which taught me a lot. The course covered everything about Israel - from prehistoric times until today. Now, I would love to share my knowledge with you and try to answer all your questions! I believe walking is the best way to experience a place. If you love to walk and want to see and learn as much as possible in a short period of time - my tours are definitely for you. Here are some more points about me and my tours: * My tours are usually half-day walking tours. Sometimes, if needed, I combine some travel via public transportation. * I can show you the highlights of Jerusalem or the lesser-known parts of the city. * I'm a Jew, but I love to talk about Christianity and Islam, too! * I like to talk short and to the point and prefer to hear your questions to know what really interests you. * My tours are fully customizable, so let me know what you want to do, and I'll tailor the tour to your needs and interests.     Lior is a fantastic guide. She took our family of 6 people (4 teenagers) on a really informative and relaxed tour of Old Jerusalem and the ultra orthodox area. He goes at your own pace and doesn't push her agenda on you. Highly recommended.
