My very first tour around Ireland was with a group of corporate clients. The tour ended with us all singing folk songs in the cellar bar of a castle hotel together with an Irish rockstar who happened to be there on the night. It is that mixture of meeting interesting people coupled with the unpredictability of where the highways and byways of Ireland will lead that still fuels my enthusiasm for every tour.
I also did a Masters in Business Studies specializing in Tourism Management but for me the most important "study" before every tour is to "read the audience"! Over the years I have guided many special interest groups from farmers to football teams, from students to journalists and from Royalty to Ryder Cup winners. My aim is always to find out what makes YOU tick and respond in an informative and entertaining way.
Being a mum of three kids I also know how to show families and younger visitors the sights of Dublin in a fun way. My more unconventional skills include playing an old traditional Irish instrument called the Rythm Bones and the ancient art of making butter. Believe it or not, the two skills can even be combined!! Please join me on a tour of Dublin and I will do my utmost to make it as interesting and personable to all in your party.
Looking forward to meeting you!

Tanya was amazing and exceeded our expectations. She met us at our hotel with bus tickets. She showed us sites only locals would know but also informed us of the usual tourist sites. She should us around for 4 hours each day for 2 days and made great recommendations for our free time. Thanks so much Tanya!
