Do Dublin - Like a Dubliner - Half Day

Cathy is phenomenal. She's very energetic, engaging, knowledgeable and fun to be with. She knew so many people during our tour, I think she should run for mayor! We saw all the highlights of the City and our favorite surprise and delight was when we visited Grayson Street. Grayson Street is famous for its street performers and shocked that two members of the band Key West were performing. They are outstanding and a very popular band throughout Europe. Turns out Cathy knew them and she took pictures of my wife and I with the band. My son had the pleasure of having Cathy as a guide 3 weeks prior and he was very complementary of her knowledge and professionalism. I use Tours by Locals often and Cathy is definitely one of the best! Highly Recommend.

Cathy was non-stop with stories, "look over here" instructions and non stop laughter as we walked on both sides of the river in downtown Dublin. Great pace, loved the recommendations and so appreciated going by the post office and hearing it's role in the fight for the Republic. We got our bearings, knew where to go next and fell in love with Dublin and her diversity

We all had an outstanding time with Cathy. She is extremely knowledgeable, loves to share stories and the history about her beloved Ireland and was happy to answer any and all of our questions. We were a party of 6 - grandparents, married couple and 2 grandchildren. Cathy was the perfect guide for our group as she has a delightful manner, is fun and relates to all age groups. She had wonderful suggestions for helping to fill our days in Dublin and surrounding area.

Very good tour and knowledgeable tour guide. We were most interested in historical sites and this was the perfect tour. There was a large gas protest happening at the same time, which meant that many of the streets were barricaded. It all worked well, and actually there was less traffic both car and pedestrian.

Cathy was a fantastic tour guide and we had a wonderful 4-hour tour with her. We really appreciated that she was a local, and she imparted SO much knowledge on the history of Dublin (and Ireland in general). There wasn't a question she couldn't answer which was a true test as this was our first trip to Ireland. She showed us several spots with beautiful architecture and history that we would never have thought to pop into on our own. Spending an afternoon with Cathy was a true pleasure!!
