New Orleans is culture, cuisine, history, music, art, personality—and everything curious travelers seek. To me, New Orleans isn't simply a place to visit—it's a culture and community to experience. Its history is written not only in its streets and architecture, but in its kitchens, cocktail glasses, music clubs, and the remarkable people who have shaped this city for more than three centuries. My goal is to bring all those pieces together so that by the end of our time together, you feel truly connected to the city—not just informed about it. I specialize in the historic heart of New Orleans, where every block tells a story. Whether we're exploring the origins of Bananas Foster or the Sazerac cocktail, discovering how French, Spanish, African, Caribbean, and Creole traditions blended to create one of the world's most distinctive culinary traditions, New Orleans’ invention of Jazz music from Congo Square to the bygone Storyville neighborhood, or uncovering the colorful personalities behind the city's biggest legends, I strive to make every stop part of one unforgettable narrative. Before becoming a full-time tour guide, I spent years creating memorable guest experiences throughout the hospitality industry. I've owned food trucks and cafés, operated catering businesses, developed specialty food products, worked as a musician and photographer, and created, wrote, produced, and starred in an award-winning culinary television series. These experiences taught me that people rarely remember every individual date or historical detail—but they'll always remember how I made them feel. That's the philosophy I bring to every tour. I also spent many years serving discerning clients in the luxury diamond and jewelry industry, where attention to detail, personalization, and exceptional service were the standard. Today, I bring that same concierge mindset to guiding guests through my favorite place in the world. Whether hosting a couple celebrating an anniversary, a family exploring together, or a private corporate group, I tailor each experience to my guests. No two tours are exactly alike—and that's how I like it. As a lifelong musician, I'm equally passionate about another cornerstone of New Orleans culture: its music. Beyond sharing the history of jazz and New Orleans' extraordinary musical heritage, I'm happy to help guests discover where locals are heading that evening—from intimate jazz clubs in the French Quarter to brass bands on Frenchmen Street and legendary venues featuring world-class performers. Night tours and transportation are also available. Guests often tell me they appreciate that my tours feel personal and conversational rather than scripted. We're going to spend quality time together, and I want you to feel relaxed and at home in this wonderful city. I guess I'm just a big ol' Easy. Nothing is more rewarding to me than hearing that a tour became the highlight of someone's trip. My greatest satisfaction comes from watching visitors discover the city through fresh eyes, sharing a few laughs along the way, and leaving with a genuine appreciation for what makes New Orleans unlike anywhere else in the world. Every tour is fully customizable, and I remain a resource throughout your stay in New Orleans. Whether you need recommendations for restaurants, bars, musical happenings, museums or an answer to any question, I'm here to help. My goal isn't simply to show you New Orleans—it's to help you fall in love with it. If, when our tour ends, you leave feeling like you've just spent the day with an old friend who shared the city's stories, flavors, music, and hidden corners, then I've accomplished exactly what I set out to do.
