My goal is to connect those pieces so that when our time together ends, you don't just know more about New Orleans—you feel connected to it. My own background is almost as eclectic as New Orleans itself. Before becoming a full-time guide, I owned food trucks and cafés, operated catering businesses, developed specialty food products, worked as a musician and photographer, and created, wrote, produced, and starred in an award-winning culinary television series. I also spent years serving discerning clients in the luxury diamond and jewelry industry, where personalization, attention to detail, and exceptional service weren't extras—they were expected. I bring that same concierge mindset to every tour. I specialize in the historic heart of New Orleans and in the connections among its history, food, cocktails, architecture, and music. We might trace the cultures that created Creole cuisine, explore the stories behind Bananas Foster and the Sazerac, follow jazz from Congo Square to Storyville, or uncover the colorful personalities behind the city's legends. As a lifelong musician, I'm also happy to help guests find the music locals are listening to that evening. My tours are private, conversational, and fully customizable.
