Amazing Ephesus! Although you are a little bit late to visit this impressive Greco Roman city you will admire it today as well. It was the capital of asian states of the Romans, where Cleopatra and Mark Antony visited, where Saint Paul preached, John the apostle brought Virgin Mary and passed away in Ephesus. So the tour includes the visit of House of Virgin Mary. According to Vatican Mary, mother of Jesus lived close to Ephesus and ascended into heaven from this place. Because I live close by, most of my guiding experience is here and I want to share it with you. You will imagine how was a Roman with interesting information and have fun. Also we will try to avoid the crowd, avoid slippery and irregular paths and use shade as much as possible. This is the best way enjoying Ephesus open air museum, taking the pictures of well preserved monuments.
