Join me on an adventure back to the Viking age! . Follow me in the footsteps of a culture known for its exploration and plundering activity in Europe. Go to Sigtuna, the oldest town in Sweden! It was founded in 970 AD by king Eric the Victorious. See medieval church ruins, Viking rune stones. Runes - Runic stones lost in the wilds - or right in the middle of the central square! No one dares to move them, so as not to awaken the pagan gods! We continue to Uppsala , the ancient 7th century mounds and the medieval cathedral. Come with me to Viking Village where you can see cows and goats - fascinating Viking sight. Taking a tour of Valhalla (Valsgarde), a Viking grave hill. Visit Jarlabanki's bridge and listen to the story of Jarlabanke, a powerful Viking Lord who claimed to rule the Lake Vallentuna area.

See medieval church ruins, Viking rune stones. 6. Drive to the Uppsala castle and Cathedral. 7. Drive back to Stockholm.
