Stockholm in a Day

Let me take you around Stockholm to experience the feeling of an old city with many interesting historical places and a modern way of life. Spending the day together, we'll walk, use public transportation and ferries to get around the city. I will help you gain a real sense of the city by taking you to places, stroll the streets of Stockholm and look at it from some of the best viewpoints. When it is time for lunch you can choose between very traditional or more trendy restaurants. There is a bundle of them! The summer days in Stockholm are long and bright. The sun rises around 2 in the morning and sets after 11 in the evening. Before we start our day together, pick three of the following options: •A walk in the Old Town, along the same streets that people walked in the Middle Ages. •A visit to the Royal Palace - the royal family's official residence. •A visit inside the Stockholm Cathedral, wich pre-dates the 13th century •A visit to The City hall, Were the Nobel Price Banquet is held Let's go!

When we meet we will decide how to spend our time together. You can choose from the options proposed in the Tour overview. This is mainly a walking tour, but depending where you would like to to we can use public transportation, or go in a taxi if you prefer. Stockholm is not such a big city so it is easy to walk between the areas, and the walking also gives you a nice experience of my city.
