Stockholm Grand Tour (Downtown, Old Town & Södermalm)

Zenid was terrific. He is knowledgeable, has a wonderful sense of humour, caters to your interests and makes history come alive. We highly recommend Zenid for a tour of Stockholm.

Outstanding walking tour with Zenid today. It was the perfect introduction to the city for us and he gave us helpful suggestions for us navigating the rest of our stay. He is knowledgeable and now a true local having lived here for 10 years and chosen to be a guide full time. We always like to hear about local education, politics, family life, health care etc… He was nice enough to answer all of our questions. The 5 hour tour was packed with information spanning the whole history of the country which is what interests us. Plenty of trivia royalty gossip which is always fun for Americans to hear. I highly recommend him for any tour he offers or just hire him and he will design based on interest.

Zenid is terrific. We did the grand 5 hour tour of Stockholm including the Vasa Museum (do not miss the Vasa! Incredible!). Zenid is a wealth of information and very easy going and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with him!

We had a wonderful afternoon with Zenid. He was very informative and engaging, and we never felt as though he was delivering a pre-written tour. We got history in the Old Town; an understanding of politics and economics in the business & government area; and contemporary culture (think "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo") and today's Stockholm in the Slussen neighborhood (where we were staying). And on top of that, he directed us to a couple of restaurants where locals dine. We highly recommend touring with Zenid!

We have used tour guides in most cities we have traveled and Zenid was one of best guides we have had. We learned so much from him regarding where we were but also about Sweden in general. It was like walking the city with a friend. If you are coming to Stockholm, touring with Zenid is a must!

One of the best tour experiences! Zenid was very responsive from the point of booking right through to getting the group back to the ship at the end of the tour. He really went out of his way to make sure our tour would be exactly what we wanted it to be. His wealth of knowledge about the history and culture of Stockholm and Sweden were evident throughout the day, and we learned a lot without feeling like we were being lectured to. Zenid was also sensitive to the needs of our "older" group to take some things slow while still making sure the group did not miss anything. Overall, our expectations were exceeded, and we would highly recommend Zenid as a guide.
