Hello from Madrid!I am a true "madrileña", born and raised in the city, I have always moved around. Since I was a child I felt a great interest in art and history and it never left me, that's why I decided to get my degree in Art History. I have been a guide for more than 15 years and today, I like my work more than ever. I feel lucky of having the opportunity of meeting people from all over the world. I always felt impressed by the great museums of Madrid, I'm currently engaged in a PhD in contemporary art, and every time I go to the Reina Sofia Museum I felt overwhelmed by the "Guernika" painting. I also love to discover special places in my city. I can tell you anecdotes, legends and interesting details about every corner in Madrid. An do not forget ot ask me about gastronomy - it is also one of my main interests, so the Tapas Tour is one of my favourites! I must tell you that I am not a fan of very touristy places, I want to offer you a more authentic vision of the city. And, if you are interested in visiting Toledo, I can show you the Imperial city at sunset, when all the tourists have gone and it recovers its magical atmosphere. Tapas is the name for a wide variety of apetizers in Spanish cuisine and it is also a way of hanging around with friends, do you want to try it? In our Tapas Tour, we combined the traditional guided tour with the tasting of a wide variety of tapas. You will have the opportunity to taste the best "tortilla de patata" in town, our famous "croquetas" or some delicious cheese, and, if you are a wine lover, you can try some great wines. Just let me know about your preferences and I can adapt the tour whatever your taste is.

Natalia was not only knowledgeable but she was friendly, fun and flexible-the perfect combination for a private guide. She took me to streets and places I haven't seen on previous trips & she was good at noting when to stop for more tapas and cerveza or not. I'm not a big eater so when I suggested ice cream instead, she was all for it! In fact it was a great way to cleanse our pallets. She later took me to the BEST madrileño secret hangout for a nearly 360º view of Madrid, a definite highlight of my trip!

Much More than Tapas! The tour with Natalie was one of the highlights of our trip. She was easy to work with and punctual. As we walked Madrid, she gave us a history lesson on the points of interest between our tapa stops. She took us to 3 unique places, each better than the one before. Natalia was fantastic! We arrived in Madrid only a few hours before our tour and so was using it as an opportunity to not only feed ourselves but to also get orientated around the city. We wanted to get lots of information from Natalia about what else we should do in Madrid and she was very accommodating. We visited 3 different tapas restaurants/bars.
