Overview of your Madrid tour
An amazing walk starting on the spot where Madrid was founded in the 9th c. by Muslims. We will discover the remains of a medieval city which developed its history on a melting pot of diverse cultures: the area where I was born and lived my childhood! We'll discover the remaining medieval walls that surrounds the city and we'll have the chance to walk around the area, visiting the old squares where the council was established in Plaza de La Villa, symbolic historical place, and also Plaza Mayor, an example of fine architectonical urban art nowadays very lively: here I'll show you my favourite places, where I usually meet my friends and we all cheers for life. This medieval area is also full of traditions and history, and in some monuments you can still breathe the power of this historical area. We'll explore it all! I've been a professional guide for 20 years now and I travelled myself a lot, so to know the extra value of experiencing places wit a local. And I am one: a real madrileño for your tours

Royal Palace and Cathedral from outside. Muslim Walls Remainings Vistillas Park - Stop for a panoramic view. Habsburg Madrid: - Plaza Mayor - Plaza de la Villa - Plaza de la Paja - Puerta de Moros - Plaza de Puerta Cerrada - Barnley Market (If possible we get into a public market - Closed on Sundays) - San Miguel Market - Hidden and secret places will be discovered during this tour. (Don't tell anyone, will be our secret!) - Puerta del Sol. If you have any suggestion or special preference let me know and I will costumize the tour at your desire.
