Let me introduce myself. My name is Susana and I've been guiding in Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, and Avila for over twenty years now as a full-time activity, and. . . . here I am, still on stage. I am happy to say that I have done over 500 tours only with ToursByLocals during the last 9 years. This hasn't been my only job ever, I have been teaching languages since. . . always, as this is the family business, and I got to know the tourism industry since I was very young as it was my early passion. Hotels, airlines, tour director. . . All these experiences have made me a very versatile person, which helps a lot with my actual activity. For six years I have been the Chairman of the Madrid Tourist Guide Association, which shows my compromise with and faith in this profession which I find absolutely wonderful, as it is so to be able to share with my guests, my friends, all the magnificent heritage that surrounds me. Do you love art and history, or just getting to know new places but don't have enough time for a full day tour? In this tour we will get to know the city of Toledo thanks to an expertise acquired after many years of experience. We'll summarise the art and history of the city through the visit of the Prime Cathedral and the former Synagogue of the city. Between both of them we'll walk through the maze of streets of this very old city and its cultural heritage. Tour will depend on train tickets availability. Larger parties please contact me.
