¡Buenos días! My name is Beatriz. I grew up in Madrid, Spain, where I also studied and degreed in Journalism. Although I started to work as a journalist writing some travel articles, by chance I had the opportunity to work for the first time as a tour leader leading groups in Italy and other European countries, thanks to that I realized that my true passion was tourism. Times flies! This 180 degree change in my life happened already more than 10 years ago!
Travelling became my passion and I lived in different countries. While living in Rome I discovered my passion for art, history and archaeology, so I decided to start studying my second degree in History of Art and became an official local guide of the eternal city.
Nowadays I prefer not to be away from my hometown for so long but to enjoy my wonderful city and my family, that's the reason why I decided to return back to Madrid and became an official local guide.
I'm qualified to explain all the museums and highlights of Madrid, for example, the Royal Palace, or walking tours in the old town, shopping tours… But if you like to run away from the masses, I love designing tours made to measure. Just tell me what you want and I'll make your visit to Madrid unforgettable. I have thousands of suggestions; We can create interesting experiences like cooking classes, flamenco classes, visit the real markets of Madrid and taste its gastronomy in situ, visit some vineyards, book flamenco shows. . .
I also love to show the funniest face of Madrid to children, we can do treasure hunts around the city to learn many interesting things about Madrid while playing.
