Hi! My name is Luis David, and I was born in Madrid, the city I love. Since I was a child, I have always been interested in learning more about the Spanish capital, because I think that the history and the art of our city are amazing! That is why I decided to study the Degree in Tourism, and when I finished it, I studied the high-level Technical Degree in Tour Guide, where I learnt more about the culture from Madrid. We had a wonderful informative walking tour of Madrid and the Royal Palace with Luis. He is pleasant, informative, and very thorough. We learned and saw much more than we anticipated! His English is excellent and he brought the history of the city to life for us.
We had a delightful day with Luis! He was wonderful with our three kids, ages 13, 10 and 10. I was worried that the kids might get bored on a 5-hour tour, but they listened to everything Luis had to say. I'm especially appreciative that they still remember everything they learned. Luis is an extraordinary tour guide. We spent two days with him, taking his "Madrid of the Habsburgs and the Royal Palace" the first day and his "Madrid of the Bourbons and Prado Museum" the second day. His in-depth knowledge of history and art and his passion for his home city of Madrid made everything come alive. Luis is articulate, knowledgeable, passionate and personable. He paces his tours and his "skip the line" ticketing wizzed us passed ticketing lines that went around the block. +5star rating!
I cannot say enough positive things about David. His knowledge of Madrid and Toledo is superb. His passion for his job, city and country is evident. He is a very nice and compassionate young man who was extremely kind and respectful to us throughout out tour. We ere four seniors and he was there to assist us through everything. Our tours was so informative, adventurous and fun. David is an awesome teacher who loves to share his knowledge and has a great sense of humor as well. Ask for David.
