Hello from Madrid!I am a true "madrileña", born and raised in the city, I have always moved around. Since I was a child I felt a great interest in art and history and it never left me, that's why I decided to get my degree in Art History. I have been a guide for more than 15 years and today, I like my work more than ever. I feel lucky of having the opportunity of meeting people from all over the world. I always felt impressed by the great museums of Madrid, I'm currently engaged in a PhD in contemporary art, and every time I go to the Reina Sofia Museum I felt overwhelmed by the "Guernika" painting. I also love to discover special places in my city. I can tell you anecdotes, legends and interesting details about every corner in Madrid. An do not forget ot ask me about gastronomy - it is also one of my main interests, so the Tapas Tour is one of my favourites! I must tell you that I am not a fan of very touristy places, I want to offer you a more authentic vision of the city. And, if you are interested in visiting Toledo, I can show you the Imperial city at sunset, when all the tourists have gone and it recovers its magical atmosphere. Overview of your Madrid tour
We will start visiting the Prado museum, an outstanding collection of works of art from the 13 till the 19th century, an incredible journey to discover painters like Velazquez, Goya, el Greco. . and we will complete the tour with the visit to the Reina Sofia museum, the modern art museum of Madrid, where the famous "Guernika" painting by Picasso is exhibited.

Wow, what an outstanding job. Thank you Natalia for an excellent tour of the Prado and Reina Sofia Museums. You struck just the right pace and detail, not spending too much time at each painting, but also not rushing through. She shared a lot of interesting information about the most prominent pieces, but also made sure to show us hidden gems others might miss.
