Nani is fabulous. Extremely personal, smart, and she has a vast historical knowledge of Madrid and Spain. She knows her way around the city and chooses wonderful places to stop for tapas and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed her company and were enriched by the cultural and historical information that she provided to us. Also, this is our second time with Nani (we used her services last April) and we would definitely chose her again.
Tasting the true flavors of Madrid and Spain with a local, is the perfect way to experience a night on the town! Nani, not only knows and can explain the food (tapas) but the history and preparation. The experience is a cultural one of enjoyment, food and sangria while you enjoy a night out with an "old friend".
Nani took us on a very nice Tapas tour. Got us introduced to many of the Spanish tapas as well as some great desserts. Told us some great stories of Spanish life and incredibly knowledgeable on many subjects. Would highly recommend her for tours.
The itinerary will be based on the location of your hotel but we will mainly visit bars in the old center of Madrid close to Plaza Mayor. We will go to 3 bars along the tour and we will have 1 tapa and 1 drink in each of them.
