Let me introduce myself. My name is Susana and I've been guiding in Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, and Avila for over twenty years now as a full-time activity, and. . . . here I am, still on stage. I am happy to say that I have done over 500 tours only with ToursByLocals during the last 9 years. This hasn't been my only job ever, I have been teaching languages since. . . always, as this is the family business, and I got to know the tourism industry since I was very young as it was my early passion. Hotels, airlines, tour director. . . All these experiences have made me a very versatile person, which helps a lot with my actual activity. For six years I have been the Chairman of the Madrid Tourist Guide Association, which shows my compromise with and faith in this profession which I find absolutely wonderful, as it is so to be able to share with my guests, my friends, all the magnificent heritage that surrounds me. I find so much satisfaction in seeing how you are delighted with your holiday choice that it encourages me, even more, to make more and more research to share it all with you.
