Mayte was extremely knowledgeable of Madrid and surrounding areas-the history, the culture, the food, etc.. She was very personable and was open to our ideas, questions and comfort. I first had the pleasure of meeting Mayte when my daughter and I visited Madrid several years ago. She was the first guide we met and gave us a wonderful walking tour to acquaint ourselves with the highlights of Madrid and its rich history. When I knew I was returning to Madrid, I booked another tour with her, to Segovia and to Escorial. She is very knowledgable and personable and made my day very special and memorable. I would highly recommend her for any tour, but I particularly enjoyed this day trip.
