Your Madrid tour itinerary
Prado Museum is considered one of the finest collections of European art in the world and the greatest collection of Spanish art that can be found. Based on the former Spanish Royal Collection, nowadays the collection currently comprises around 7, 600 paintings, 1, 000 sculptures, 4, 800 prints and 8, 200 drawings, in addition to a large number of historic documents. Don't worry, we are not going to visit all of them. In the main building only 1, 300 works are currently displayed. The size of this collection can cause headaches for visitors trying to choose what to see, that's why I have designed a nice route of 1 hour and a half to discover the main Spanish masters and their most well-known masterpieces.
