Prado Museum & El Retiro Park: private halfday walking tour

Since July 2021, the city of Madrid has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List!: Landscape of Light - Paseo del Prado and Buen Retiro, Landscape of Arts and Sciences. (The province already had 4 other sites inscribed, but they are outside the city) This area is an extraordinary urban landscape that has combined culture and nature since the mid-16th century. I propose a beautiful stroll through this magnificent Madrid, where we can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city in two very different ways: Through Art at the Prado Museum - one of the world's leading art galleries boasting works by Velázquez, Goya, El Greco, Titian, Rubens and Hieronymus Bosch, among others. And through nature and landscape at the Retiro Park - the former private royal gardens of the disappeared Buen Retiro Palace, which nowadays, in addition to being a place for recreation, are also a meeting point for exhibitions, shows, book fairs, etc. . . and where Madrileños pause our time.
