The combo tour we did with our tour guide, the amazing Susana V of the Palacio Real and the Royal Galleries was absolutely stupendous! From the moment we met Susana she went above and beyond what we expected this tour was going to be. From the first email Susana helped us navigate the experience from purchasing the tickets to the places we were visiting to tailoring the tour to our wishes. She explained the historic context and the fascinating interpersonal royal family relationships as we visited each space and guided us throughout as we marveled every detail of this palace rich in history, class and elegance. This is a must see! We highly recommend this combo tour!

We had a very enjoyable tour with Susana. She gave us an interesting and informative overview of the history of Madrid; explained the history, architectural features, and important art works of the Royal Palace, and then showed and told us all about many interesting historical sites in the old part of Madrid. Susana provided us with an excellent historical and cultural context for the rest of our week in Madrid, and we're so glad it was the first thing we did after we arrived. Heartily recommend!

We spent three wonderful days with Susana. She was well prepared, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Susana made many of the places we visited and artwork we viewed come to life with her explanations. She has a passion for knowledge and is continuously reading to update her knowledge base. Her ability to take care of details for our tours and organize logistics—lunch reservations, train tickets, taxis, etc made for seamless days. Knowledge of history, architecture and art outstanding!

Susana met our group of 4 on time and at the agreed upon location. The palace was closed so we visited the cathedral next door and went from there. Susana took us on a great walking tour, seeing sites we never could have found on our own. She also gave us a great restaurant recommendation and we had a fabulous time at dinner on our last night in Madrid. I would HIGHLY recommend her for you tour.

Tiene una muy buena habilidad para transmitir de manera sencilla y clara todos los aspectos importantes según el lugar que estábamos visitando.
