Hello from Madrid!I am a true "madrileña", born and raised in the city, I have always moved around. Since I was a child I felt a great interest in art and history and it never left me, that's why I decided to get my degree in Art History. I have been a guide for more than 15 years and today, I like my work more than ever. I feel lucky of having the opportunity of meeting people from all over the world. I always felt impressed by the great museums of Madrid, I'm currently engaged in a PhD in contemporary art, and every time I go to the Reina Sofia Museum I felt overwhelmed by the "Guernika" painting. I also love to discover special places in my city. I can tell you anecdotes, legends and interesting details about every corner in Madrid. An do not forget ot ask me about gastronomy - it is also one of my main interests, so the Tapas Tour is one of my favourites! I must tell you that I am not a fan of very touristy places, I want to offer you a more authentic vision of the city. And, if you are interested in visiting Toledo, I can show you the Imperial city at sunset, when all the tourists have gone and it recovers its magical atmosphere. In this amusing walking tour participants will not only visit the must see spots of the city, but also will discover some hidden corners and picturesque streets and some of the oldest restaurants and shops in the city, to learn about unknown mysteries, religious devotion, romance and interesting anecdotes. Superstitions and legends usually reveal the feelings, fears, goals and interests of Madrid's citizens over the centuries.

Natalia was able to show us the highlights of Madrid in a a short time. She met us at our hotel which was in the central business district and after a short taxi ride had us in the old section of Madrid. After the tour we were able to return to several of the places and spend more time. We had dinner at one of the restaurants that she had pointed out to us. We were very pleased with the tour.
